The right size for your company
The TZR is home to companies of various different sizes. At the TZR, each floor covers a space of approx. 2,000 m², divided into four areas of 500 m² via stairwells. Additional entrances create leasing areas measuring between 190 and 250 m². Our smallest leasing units are office spaces covering 32 m².
Terms and conditions
Contractual term: normally 5 years
Minimum period: 1 year
Basic monthly rent:
- Office space: € 9.80/m²
- Advance utility payment: € 3,00/m²
- Heating costs: according to individual consumption
- Parking spaces € 29.50 per parking space.
